This difficult-to-grow ingredient is tended at the beginning of its growth and subsequently "released" into a totally wild plantation where nature takes its course. In this hostile natural universe, without human intervention, each tree continues to grow, struggling to develop and endure until sometimes reaching 100 years of age and more than 12 meters in height. Only in this way are its unique olfactory properties formed, year after year, to provide the rare, powerful and rich sandalwood essence of Sauvage.
